oh! i was at vivo's bus stop jus now when i saw smth shocking! guess wat? from far i saw a couple kissing. (so publicly la, at bus stop!) then walk nearer, then realise is 2 females! KISSING! stunn~ then somewhere near them got a guy smoking n at e same time, saying~" SEE SEE, 2 girl kissing~" hmmmm...
i exercise today(: haha! randomm. i wann get a adidas jacket fast! ASAP! FAST FAST! im so so tempted to buy laa.. =X wat colour shld i buy? hmmm.

oh yeaps, did i mention? went sp services (power supply de) cos our payment was made to wrong account so needa them do a transfer. so i went early in e morning to get this done~ haha. in e end, tat person told me needa wait abt 1 month for approval~ =.= so.. sis complainED~~HAHA! send an email to complain. then she CC to me. jus read it. it's omg~~ POWdERFUL~ wan see? HAHA! something like this~~

I am writing in this letter to comment on the service I received from SP services.My grandmother owns a hawker store in Toa Payoh and every month I would make payment on her behalf to SP services via internet banking.
For this address, there is 2 account. A new and a old. The old account has been made isolate couple of months ago. However, this time round, when I made payment, I paid to the old account. And ironically, the payment went through. I did not realise the mistake until I receive a reminder from SP services asking me to make payment, then I realise that the money was paid to the wrong account.
Immediately, I called up the hotline to enquire what could be done to resolve this issue. I was told by the customer service personnel that I would need to fax the relevant information to her so that she can assist to rectify the problem. But I do not have a fax machine with me. So she advised me to go down personally to the service centers. And I did just that.
However, to my surprise, the customer service personnel by the name of **** from the Toa Payoh Branch says that she do not know what is going to happen in my case. All she can do is submit my case to the management for approval. And when I enquire about the reminder charge, she says its my mistake, so she do not know. She can only submit. And to my GREATEST DISAPPOINTMENT, such a big organisation like SP Services need ONE whole month to check on a case like this.
I am sure that after going through this email, the officer in charge would provide me with a better solution to my following questions. Otherwise, all I can say is that I am really disappointed from the way SP services handled such a case. Probably, that's the advantages of being monopoly in the market.
1. Since the old account has been isolated, why is it that payment can still be made?
2. Don't SP services check the money that has been credited into their account? If you need one whole month to check, I really suspect some problem with the system.
3. In this period of time, will the electricity, gas and water supply be disrupted?
4. What happens if the money is not located?
5. Its not that I did not make payment. Payment is still made duefully, but I am still made to pay the $0.50 reminder fee. The amount involved is small, but its the principle reason behind that's big. I feel that its not being fair to consumers like us. If I do not pay ontime, then I should pay the reminder fee. BUT in this case?
